What Bubble Rumble is

Bubble Rumble is a game that runs as an open-source smart contract (a "realm") on the gno.land blockchain. Players bid GNOT into pools ("bubbles"); the rules of each version of the game — how bids are split, when a pool closes, who is paid, what a shot costs and what it can win — are defined entirely by the realm's code, which anyone can read on gno.land. The site is a web page that reads that code's state and helps you sign transactions with your own wallet. The site does not hold your funds; the realm does, under its rules.

Eligibility

• You must be of legal age to take part in games of this kind where you live, and at least 18.
• Bubble Rumble involves putting cryptocurrency at risk. It is your responsibility to know whether that is lawful where you are. Do not use the site where it is not.
• Do not use the site to launder money or for any other unlawful purpose.

Risk

• Blockchain transactions are final. A bid, a shot or a pool creation cannot be reversed by us or by anyone. Read the rules on a bubble's page before you bid.
• You pay the network's fees and storage deposits on every transaction, whether or not you win.
• Pools close on their own clocks and last days. A pool's rules, once created, cannot be changed.
• Shots are a game of chance with a stated probability; the bubble's page states the shot's odds and prize for its realm version, and a shot that is not drawn in time is void. A future realm may change this; the rules shown on the bubble's page are the ones that apply to it.
• From realm v5, 5% of every bid is sent to a treasury address governed by the BUBBLE token's holders (today, in practice, the operator's founding share). BUBBLE is a game token, not money; it carries a vote and no claim to that treasury or to any payment.
• The operator runs a small "keeper" that settles pools and draws shots on time as a service. Anyone may perform the same calls. The keeper may fail or be late; the realm's code says what happens then.
• Software has bugs. The realm and the site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the realm, the site, the blockchain, your wallet, or third-party services.

Conduct

• Chat and voice rooms are public spaces. Do not harass, threaten or defame others, post unlawful content, or post other people's private information.
• Names prove nothing, and some are reserved: you may not pose as the operator, the site's assistant, an administrator, or a team. Lines that break these rules may be removed and connections limited.
• Do not attack, flood or scrape the site or its services.

Advertising and third parties

The site shows advertisements served by Coinzilla. We do not endorse advertised products or services, and your dealings with advertisers are your own. Wallets, blockchain nodes, and the other third-party services named in the privacy page are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The realm's source code is published on gno.land. The site's text, artwork and code belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. You keep the rights to what you post in the chat and grant the site the right to display and relay it as part of the service.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top moves when they do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
